Equipment Location / Pickup

Location: Vietnam

• Pickup/loading is by reservation only.
• On-site inspection and test run are available upon schedule with the seller.
• Transport/delivery may incur additional costs.

Trade / Contract & Withdrawal

Deposit

Once the equipment is confirmed, a portion of the total amount is taken as a deposit. Wire transfer and tax invoice issuance are available after mutual confirmation.

Balance & Title Transfer

Title transfers upon delivery after the balance is paid. The seller will guide you through the required documents.

Withdrawal

For change-of-mind after signing, the deposit may be non-refundable. If there is a material defect inconsistent with facts, relevant laws and the seller’s terms apply.

Defects / Warranty

Given the nature of used heavy equipment, appearance/consumables/minor seepage may not be treated as defects. Any separate warranty will be stated in the contract.

Tax Invoice / Receipt

A tax invoice can be issued for business transactions; personal transactions may receive a receipt instead.

Dispute / Governing Law

In case of disputes, jurisdiction and procedures follow the seller’s terms and applicable laws.
